Senior Knowledge Manager (f/m/d) - IT Service Desk (Application Support)

Your tasks:
We are looking for you as a new colleague for our qualified IT Service Desk. In this role you identify yourself as the accountable person for the IT knowledge database. As a senior professional you:

  • Design & implement the look and feel of the IT knowledge database with a strong user experience focus
  • Setup a knowledge lifecycle management concept and monitor and measure if the content of IT knowledge is up to date
  • Seek to increase the added value the IT knowledge database creates by collaborating with your colleagues cross departmental
  • Continuously look for improvement opportunities like for example: automation opportunities, Artificial Intelligence integration
  • Collaborate with the information management team within IT Strategy & Governance to assure that the knowledge management is in line with the information management
  • Create and maintain the IT knowledge management procedure keeping in mind to keep things simple, compliant & practical.
  • Support and train the colleagues on how to manage the content within the IT knowledge database
  • Apply the agile way of working to manage your work

Your skills:

  • Completed studies or completed training related to IT (e.g. (business) computer scientist, IT specialist for system integration)
  • Excellent service orientation as well as communication skills in German and English (at least B1) both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the service desk environment and in the use of an ITSM (IT Service Management) tool
  • Experience in knowledge management with a strong user experience focus and are familiar with Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS)– certification is a plus
  • Good IT skills in Application Management, Office365 and Windows
  • A great team spirit and flexibility when required to achieve goals and complete assignments
  • Adhering to policies and procedures and upholding organizational values
  • Experience with ITIL processes (certification desirable) and incident management skills
  • Experience in project management, agile way of working, working with service providers and/or knowledge of stock exchange trading systems is an advantage
