Senior IT Governance Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks:
You will support us in managing IT Governance topics across IT for utilizing the competitive advantage. You will be responsible to define an IT Governance framework for the 1st Line of Defense and align this with market standards (e.g. Cobit, ITIL) and with our core service providers for a seamless process execution. It is important that you provide guidance for all IT teams to manage the IT process model considering best practices in conjunction with the regulatory requirements. A comprehensive controls framework aligned with the corporate internal control system (ICS) to address process risks will be further developed by you. Excellent reporting and communication skills to all stakeholders and in particularly C-Level are your success factors. Your skills:

  • Several years proven experience in IT 
  • Experience with IT Governance topics is mandatory
  • Knowledge in all IT areas from development to operations and data center operations is appreciated
  • Experience of working in a bank and/or a commodity environment is appreciated
  • Experience with outsourcing to group companies and external providers is appreciated
  • German and Business English at negotiation level
