Senior Group Risk Manager (f/m/d) - (part-/full-time)

Your tasks:
As the Group Risk Manager, you will shape and roll out a consistent Group Risk Management framework that is applied reliably across all subsidiaries and aligned with EEX Group’s overall risk ambition. After clarification of roles, responsibilities, and decision processes you will actively expand group level steering to ensure risks are managed in a consistent and transparent way. In addition, you will support effective governance forums and promote collaboration across functions by working closely with risk, compliance, audit, and policy teams. You will help policy owners embed clear minimum standards, monitoring approaches, and remediation principles to strengthen accountability and adherence throughout the group. Your contribution to harmonise group wide risk reporting, ensure senior management receives clear and comparable information will be essential. By leveraging insights from second- and third-line functions, you will support proportionate and efficient oversight processes that continuously improve governance and risk management practices.

Your skills:

  • Several years of experience in design of organizational governance models and implementation of structured oversight frameworks
  • Practical experience in governance, enterprise risk management, group steering, and policy- or framework-based control environments
  • Good Knowledge of operationalization of governance and risk frameworks, including translating concepts into processes, controls, and measurable outcomes
  • Strategic mindset combined with the ability to drive execution and impact
  • Stakeholder alignment across diverse business lines, legal entities, and functional Areas
  • Negotiation and consensus-building skills, with the ability to harmonize divergent viewpoints and drive cross-entity alignment
  • Excellent communication skills in english (spoken and witten), enabling clear articulation of complex topics, german language skill advantageous
