Your tasks:

Our team of Business Analysts works true to the motto “Connect. Design. Transform.”.

As our new Senior Business Analyst you will drive the development of services and solutions for the international commodity markets. You will support business, regulatory, infrastructural, and organizational initiatives by assessing, analyzing, developing, and documenting solutions. You will build and maintain close and effective working relationships with (senior) stakeholders across business segments and corporate functions, coach team members and manage the efforts of third-party contractors and consultants. Your eagerness to learn and share and your willingness to collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues from various backgrounds will help you make a valuable contribution to the further development of our company, its products and services. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. You bring along:

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience and willingness to work at the interface of functional business areas and information technology
• Excellent inter-personal skills – to interact with stakeholders from operational staff over functional experts to senior management
• Able to tackle several projects simultaneously and within a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization
• Working experience or basic certifications as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or similar are desirable
• Experience of working in a bank and/or a commodity trading environment is appreciated
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in German & English; French or other languages are desirable
