You bring along:

• Completed degree in MINT subject with additional Scrum Master training
• Professional experience in software development
• Practical experience in agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban or other agile methods)
• Strong communication skills and agile minimum combined with the unbeatable will to advance topics
• Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
