Your tasks:

As a group of regulated Exchanges and Clearing Houses, EEX Group is built on highly reliable and well-managed processes, from operations and customer care to IT and corporate functions. In our Process & Policy Management team we develop and optimize Business Process and Information Management activities of EEX and ECC. As a Process Management Analyst, you will work closely with functional departments across the organization to identify, structure, and capture their processes and information assets – in a lean, yet robust information system. Within this space, you will further support the development of an easy-to-use self-service solution and drive its implementation throughout the company. Your eagerness to learn and share and your willingness to collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues from various backgrounds will help you make a valuable contribution to the efficiency of our company. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. You bring along:

• Structured and organized way of working, strong coordination and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills – to interact with all process management stakeholders including senior management
• Working experience or basic certifications as a Process or Risk Manager are desirable but not mandatory
• Experience of working in a bank and/or a commodity trading environment is appreciated
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English is a must; basic German skills are required; French or other languages are desirable
