IT-Touchpoint coordinator (f/m/d) (part-/full-time)

Your tasks:
For our qualified Workplace Support Service team, we are looking for you to join us as a new colleague at the earliest possible date. In this role, you will act as the onsite support Touchpoint coordinator for all topics related to End User Workplace service for our internal users. With your polite and professional demeanour, you will ensure the acceptance, analysis, and response to inquiries via walk in, tickets, planned appointments, while maintaining a high-quality service. As a professional, your tasks will include the management of hardware, the continuous logging and documentation of inquiries and interactions in the relevant ITSM (IT Service Management) systems, as well as the proper analysis and efficient escalation or resolution of these tickets. You should have the desire to continuously expand and deepen your knowledge.

Your skills:

  • A completed university degree or vocational training with an IT focus (e.g., in (Business) Informatics; IT Specialist for System Integration)
  • Excellent service orientation and strong communication skills in German and English (at least B1 level), both written and spoken
  • Experience in on site support/service Desk, in using an ITSM (IT Service Management) tools, in hardware management and support
  • Good IT knowledge of Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office, video conferencing systems, and fundamental networking skills (TCP/IP, routers, firewalls)
  • A great team spirit and flexibility when needed to achieve goals and complete tasks
  • Adherence to policies and procedures and upholding the organization's values
  • Experience with ITIL processes (certification is desirable) and incident management skills
  • Experience in project management, collaborating with service providers, and/or knowledge of stock exchange trading systems is an advantage
