Expert (f/m/d) Enterprise Risk Management (part-/full-time)
Join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team within the Chief Risk Officer function and play a key role in shaping risk management across the EEX Group. You will focus on managing material risks beyond the default waterfall in line with EMIR, covering credit, market, operational, liquidity, and business risks from an integrated perspective.
Your tasks:
In this role, you take ownership of Economic Risk Management topics, including risk strategy, risk inventory, and risk-bearing capacity, supported by integrated stress testing. This involves capital planning from both a normative and economic perspective. You contribute to the continuous development of risk methodologies and models, ensuring a robust and forward-looking framework. You will also be responsible for risk reporting to internal committees and senior stakeholders, translating complex risk insights into clear and structured information. In addition, you coordinate the group risk report and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the EEX Group. In addition, you cooperate with the respective responsible departments in recovery and resolution planning, where you define recovery indicators, assess recovery options, and develop scenarios in line with regulatory requirements. Your role includes designing professional solutions for regulatory reporting in accordance with frameworks such as EMIR and other national and international reporting requirements. Working closely within our team, you will refine processes, support the integration of risk concepts into IT systems, and contribute to improving efficiency and transparency. You will act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, auditors, and supervisory authorities.

You bring along:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Macroeconomics, or a comparable field
- Extensive professional experience in a similar role at a CCP, bank, consultancy, or auditing firm, including exposure to supervisory authorities and external auditors
- Strong expertise in banking and CCP regulation, combined with solid mathematical skills in risk modelling and quantification
- Proven ability to work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner, taking ownership of complex tasks
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach
- Fluent in English and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
