(Senior) Policy Management Officer (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

As our (Senior) Policy Management Officer you will shape, coordinate and administer our internal process to create, align, decide and implement such guidelines. You will monitor and support Policy Owners in EEX and ECC in the creation of high-quality regulations, ensure change in internal regulation is well managed, meets quality gates and timelines; and administer the body of internal guidelines. You will cooperate with comparable functions in other legal entities of EEX Group and Deutsche Börse Group. Your eagerness to learn and share and your willingness to collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues from various backgrounds will help you make a valuable contribution to the resilience of our company and ultimately strengthen our role in energy and financial markets. You bring along:

  • Bank apprenticeship and/or university degree in law, economics, business or equivalent
  • Policy Management experience or experience in an exchange, commodity trading or financial institution are a plus
  • Basic knowledge of labor law
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgement
  • Highly self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in German and English are a must; French or other languages are highly desirable
