Your tasks: 
You are responsible for the further development of the Identity & Access Management department within the IT Administration & Security Operations section and have technical responsibility for the management of the IAM process including:

• User Access Control (UAC) including support and training
• Joiner-Mover-Leaver process (JML)
• IAM and PAM recertification processes
• PAM/HPU Management process
• Segregation of Duty (SoD) process
• IAM repository with integration of applications into the identity and access management landscape
• Outsourcing Management with Service Providers
• Process Documentation for IAM/PAM
• Interface management with internal and external customers and stakeholders on IAM-relevant topics
• Integration of the IAM process into the organization of Deutsche Börse Group and ensuring operational effectiveness

Your skills:

• Completed studies (e.g. (business) informatics, business administration) or several years of professional experience in the field you are looking for
• Expertise in the field of identity & access management as well as IT security
• Knowledge in the planning, conception, implementation or operation of solutions in the field of identity and access management
• Knowledge in the creation of authorization concepts
• Knowledge of process modeling for authorization assignment and authorization management
• Certifications in the field of information security are an advantage
• Experience in the regulated banking environment desirable
• Experience in project management or process management
• Structured and result-oriented way of working as well as independent working style in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
