As a working student, you will become an integral part of our Purchasing and Contract Management team and gain valuable insights into procurement and contract processes within an international organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting the administration and management of contracts for EEX AG and ECC AG, helping to ensure transparency and efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle. Working with our contract management database, you will independently prepare recurring reports and ad hoc analyses that provide valuable insights and support internal communication and decision-making. In addition, you will contribute to a variety of project-related tasks within our group-wide procurement function and support the continuous development of purchasing processes and tools. This role offers the opportunity to take on responsibility from day one, collaborate with colleagues across different departments, and develop both your analytical and organizational skills in a profession. You bring along: 

• Currently enrolled at a university, university of applied sciences, or technical university, ideally studying Business Administration, Law, or a comparable field
• Availability to work 18-20 hours per week on 3 days per week in addition to your current studies
• Availability to work as working student for at lest 3 semester or longer
• Availability to join the team on site in the office in Leipzig for work on a regular basis
• First working experience, being confident in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills, a reliable way of working, and enjoy collaborating with others
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English are a must have
