Full-scope HR responsibility for 1400+ IT & FinOps professionals at Deutsche Börse Prague. We are a strong FinTech Hub developing IT solutions and offering services that cover the entire value chain of financial markets.

 

We're looking for an experienced HR leader to drive our people strategy in Deutsche Börse Prague. You'll be responsible for leading our dedicated HR team and shaping a positive employee experience. As a strategic partner to company leadership, you'll play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, ensuring our continued success in the FinTech landscape.

 

 

Your responsibilities & key objectives:

  • Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the entire employee journey (acquisition, development, engagement, retention).
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to translate business goals into strategic HR initiatives and provide expert HR guidance.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and engaged.
  • Provide continuous development to your team, to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
  • Ensure that managers are sufficiently skilled and possess appropriate information and guidance to manage workforce issues. 
  • Partner with HR colleagues on global level to share best practices and ensure alignment with global strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition.
  • Foster continuous improvement by reviewing, designing, and implementing HR process-enhancements in collaboration with your team and the broader HR community.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations and accepted professional standards.
  • Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage retention.

 

 

Qualifications/required skills:

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • In-depth understanding of Czech labor laws and regulations.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative leadership with focus on building high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluency in English and Czech.
