We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to support the design and implementation of change management measures and process improvements in an agile environment.

Your tasks:
Involvement and contribution of ideas and suggestions in the process development for product and portfolio management
Preparation of presentations and documentation for stakeholder meetings
Development of communication strategies and materials to increase acceptance and commitment to the changes
Support in general change management tasks, such as conducting surveys, analyzing feedback and creating reports

Your skills:

• You are studying economics or communication sciences, computer science or a related field
• You have a keen interest in process management and process development in an agile environment 
• You have good analytical and organizational skills, initiative and an independent way of working
• Initial experience in process management or change management is a plus
• You have a creative mindset, proactive contribution of ideas and an eye for aesthetics and design
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
• You have good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
