Your tasks:

As an Exchange Membership Manager you are a

• Multi-tasker: You work with several different clients at the same time, respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner, collaborate with international project teams to further improve service depths and service quality within EEX Group.
• Client-supporter: You support our clients throughout their onboarding journey and their membership at EPEX. Managing customer master data in various IT systems and related administrative tasks based on pre-defined processes and checklists is part of the job.
• Forward-thinker: You look at a problem, work out how it becomes an opportunity and implement it by collaborating with others to improve processes & systems.
• Problem-solver: You confidently handle judgement calls and critical incidents when it comes to liaising and collaborating with our international client base as well as internal and external stakeholders. You stay calm and focused in challenging situations and constructively support conflict resolution.

Your skills:

• Degree in business, economics, or finance and experience in a similar position in banking, energy/ commodity markets and/ or economics
• Customer orientation, open mindedness, high flexibility, and determination
• Structured, self-dependent, efficient, and pro-active way of working with a passion for details and complex tasks 
• You are familiar with conceptual and agile working methods, able to think in solutions and are keen to optimize processes & systems.
• A personal attitude of being self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with internal and external partners on all levels
• IT affinity is an advantage, at minimum proficiency in MS Office required 
• Excellent communication and language skills both written and verbal in German and English are a must; French or other languages are highly desirable
